Advance racecards tables (beta database)

This document outlines the advance racecards tables in the new data beta.

The tables are:

advance_daily_races_beta
advance_daily_runners_beta

These tables should be installed in your main smartform database alongside the existing set, and you should use the new smartform updater to fetch them.

Once the updater is installed it will automatically detect the tables if they are installed in your smartform database.

If you are unable to, an alternative is to make a copy of your fetch_updates.bat or fetch_updates.sh script and change all references for the daily tables to these new tables.

These tables are available to you at the same times of day as the existing product.

The new table definitions

The advance_daily_races_beta and advance_daily_runners_beta tables in this data feed have the same specification as the daily_races_beta and daily_runners_beta tables in the existing product, so you can simply rename scripts that you wish to use the advance tables for. Only the names differ.
